Notes

I did 2 miles on a treadmill, 3 on the ARC track, 15 challenging minutes on the Stair Master (80 flights at 30m/flight --> 1.5 vertical miles??), and easy core/flexibility. Everything felt good and I worked at a decent intensity, not much else to say beyond that.
