KILLER brick run!
Straight off the bike and into run gear at Bev's place in the Kutch. THe workout was from his IM coach and so hard - but went out there and just smashed it all the way for a half hour!
20mins @ 30sec hard / 30sec ez intervals - all out war!
10mins+ @ steady recovery.
Just killer! 20x 30sec pick-ups is hard enough on its own, but after the big ride....!!!
Close to 3hr marathon pace off the bike - wow!
Made it back to the pub in time for the AFL GF 2nd quarter and a fish & chip feast!
Bagged, but gotta get to Chunky & Kazza's the penthouse bling bling party!
