elev 300. back to cold, but not too cold. 20+ mph NW wind slowed the first half a bit. Also some ice navigation at the beginning of mile 6. Legs were tired from Tue effort but not bad. Ankle a little more sore than recent weeks after run on Tue but ok during run today and feels ok now (Noon-ish). Leg workout was good. Going to check weather forecast and decide if Thu or Fri is rest day.
