400 elev. 7:30 pace for tempos. 9:24 for easy.
Felt pretty good other than second mile of first tempo which was slower than effort. Warmer temp, shorts, no leg workout Monday, easy miles only last week, all probably helped. Right ankle/ptt was a bit worse than usual; felt it during most of the run, not sharp pain but dull pain/feel during the run. Not bad after at work...we'll see.
