3 mile warmup, 6x800 with 400 jog between, 2 mile warmdown. 11 degrees per app, car on way to work said 3 degrees. ankle/ptt ok to start and during. ok so far at work. was pretty sore last night...seemed work shoes, more walking yesterday aggravated it a bit. Intervals 7:26 avg pace. Recoveries 9:30 avg pace.
