Notes
Ran with Jean on the bike path today. We started off in a light drizzle that turned into a light but steady rain. We had the wind behind us until we turned around in Riverside then it was a three mile plus slog back to the car with the wind in our face. After mile four they have not replaced the mile markers which is a real bitch. We know that we ran six if not more but we don't know how much more. Had trouble breathing again today the high humidity sure didn't help and the leg got as sore as hell really don't know what is going on with that. On a bright note today was the first time this year that I noticed the beach rose in bloom, the scent was all over the air on the bike path and the bright pink flowers brightened an otherwise drab day.
