Felt great the first five miles. Hitting my pace at each mile, keeping my heart rate in the zone doing great. At the turn around I hit the wall(5mi.) Legs felt like lead had problems wiyh my stride felt like crap. Managed to finish but felt poorly the rest of the day. BP pre run was 135/73 pulse 68, post run BP 79/57 pulse 98. I've had drops before but these seem to be extreme.
