Intervals, 6x800m @ 6:00 pace, w/ 400m recoveries, at Shiloh Park. My first 800m was much too fast (2:45), but the rest were right on track (~3:00-ish or just under). HR on last lap peaked at ~174-175 bpm, which I think is about right. Nice long jogs before AND after the intervals.
