Circuit train: situps, burpees, lunges, mil press, leg curls, bicep curls, leg extensions

Then Recumbent Bike for 14 minutes. (HR on bike got up to about 136 or so -- level 12 at 97 rpm).

Only 20 minutes total, but I feel very wiped out!
