LMLS, 18.2 mi, SAM Hard
Kept it pretty easy. Humid, but not super hot. Still, my shoes were soaked and sloshy by the end (and during the SAM Hard work). Did squats, lunges, and jumps (all with weights), and 50 reps jump roping before doing SAM Hard phase 2. Tough but not too terrible.
