LS and brief stretching, Long Run 20.0 mi Baker Park route.
Started real easy, kept it easy until paces started to speed up to 8:00 pace around mile 12/13. Miles 14-18 were 7:47, 7:47, 7:11, 7:02, 7:02 with 2 easy miles to finish with 20.
The 7:00 pace felt like I was pushing 6:40 pace.
Felt good. Yesterday was tough, so I wasn’t sure that I’d be willing to do the full 20 today. Happy with the effort.
