1 mile w/u on bike, then 1 mile on lateral elliptical thing, then
4.5 mile fartlek on TM. Nice range of paces, with 30 sec Fast, 90 sec Slow, throughout mile 2. Comfortably ran 10.5 mph (5:43 pace) at my peak interval. The hip/glute pain seems to feel much better AFTER running the high speed portions, i.e., the last 2.5 miles at 6 - 6.5 mph were pain-free. Good stretching and foam-rolling session afterwards.
