Notes

100/100s at Miller Park during lunch break. Hot outside, ran on grassy soccer fields. According to pace plot on Garmin Connect, my pace on the sprints "peaked" around 5:00 pace, and my pace for those 100m segments was probably in the 5:25 range. Not as fast as suggested in the plan, but I really didn't want to overdo it, either. I had trouble with my right hip following Saturday's Trail Mix race, and it was still bothering me yesterday (Sunday), so I was pleasantly surprised that it was not an issue today (not before, during, or after the run).

Did some very easy jogging before and after for a total of 6 miles. Hoping I am ready for a solid 5.5 mi O-n-B run tomorrow morning!
