1 mi w/u, 1 mi c/d, 8 miles at 8.0 mph / 1% incline

HR hovered around 151 bpm for much of the run, peaking at 153. Really solid, not strained. A good workout to repeat once a week, maybe seeing if I can bump up the pace each week by 0.1 mph, trying to get it to 8.5 mph while keeping HR in the low 150s.
