LSLM, Intervals/Hills, 3X (0.5 mi at 9.9 mph, 1%, and 0.25 mi at 11/12%, 6.5 mph), with 0.25 mile recoveries
Really not terrible. Felt strong, could've gone harder. Nice to run the c/d miles at the end at 7.1/7.2 mph while keeping HR around 131 bpm, especially after a hard workout. It felt like I was "floating" at the end, a good feeling.
