31 minutes on Elliptical at work, then 0.5 miles in 7 minutes on TM at 6% incline to c/d.

The Elliptical was a workout -- level 16-17 for most of it, and level 18 for about 4 minutes, which was very tough. At the end, I put it up to level 21 and could barely make the thing move. (Randy L. maxes it out at level 25 when he uses it!!)

HR was in the upper 140's while at level 17, and into the low 150s at level 18 (max of 154).

Followed up with situps, pushups, lat pulldowns, tricep curls, leg curls. Then some pigeon pose stretching.
