Ladder Interval workout: 400 - 800 - 1600 - 1200 - 800, with 400m recoveries.
Decent effort, decent paces. After running the mile at 6:10 pace, I thought I was pretty cooked and didn't think I'd have much left for the last 2 intervals. Pleasantly surprised with the 1200 @ 6:00 pace and the 800 @ 5:54 pace to finish the workout.
Avg Power during the work bouts was 300-315 Watts, which is about right.
