... continuation of Aerobic run (post-brb), SAM Easy.
Speed bumped up to 7.5 mph (from 7.4 in first half), and HR still in the mid to upper 130s.
I'll need to see how I feel during tomorrow's Intervals (12 x 400m) to determine if my pace on future Wednesdays (between Intervals workouts) needs to be slower/easier than today.
