Cooldown with Elaina S. and Mike E. Forgot to start Garmin, so I have added 0.3 miles to the GPS miles above to give me a nice round 20.0 mile total for today. I probably did a bit more than that, but 20 was the goal.
Easiest 20 I've ever run, due to the easy warmup and cooldown miles, and not over-doing it on the half.
Good confidence booster 3 weeks out from TCM.
