Notes
Ran with Jake after work in some light rain. We met at Elm again and then ran 3 laps of Institute Park before Jake got bored and we ran a big lap of the cemetery. Then we went back to Jake's, I ran most of the way home but walked it in when I was almost past Elm Park. This was a little longer than I planned for today but my ankle felt okay after the first couple minutes of running so it's all good.
I was a bit worried about my ankle last night and this morning but it felt pretty good during and after this run. I'll do some extra rolling and keep my fingers crossed for tomorrow.
