Notes

Ankle was a little sore/stiff first thing out of bed but not bad! I could feel it a little on both the stair machine and treadmill but this seems pretty workable for now. I almost definitely won't run on it tomorrow, and might even not do stairs depending on how I feel and what Mike Curnen recommends at PT. I feel like I have a long way to go fitness-wise but my ankle might feel good again in just a 2-3 weeks.
