Notes
Tried to find the Woonasquatucket River bike path but somehow never got there. I spent 20 minutes goofing around so close to it but probably needed to go just a hundred or so meters further to find it. It was still a new place to run though. Super sunny and 60ish so it was fantastic to get out to do this around 2pm to break up working from Liz's.
I thought I'd be feeling yesterday's long run more than I did but I felt pretty good today, just a hair tired.
Did 5 strides maybe a little harder than usual and they felt great. Like end-of-season-pop-great. Am I peaking? What is this?
