Lucas miles! Meaning with Lucas and Lucas-paced. I felt pretty good running this pace but probably would have run slower alone. That's okay though. We talked Olympics, work, and then online math problems after the run. Light drizzle and humidity meant we were soaked by the end.
Felt pretty good today, I'm sure partly because yesterday was so easy, but it's still really nice to get back to running and feeling pretty normal!
