I was excited about this workout until it was time to start, then didn't want to do it any more. After about 4 reps I realized it was going to be pretty manageable and actually ended up enjoying it and being fairly happy with how it went. Qualifier: this probably means I need to stop being such a wimp and should start running faster on my track days.
