Notes

Warmup and cooldown for today's workout. Warmup was at the QCC dirt track because I was meeting up with CMS but Paul wasn't runnning and DJ didn't show so I opted to run at WPI to have a better track and avoid dodging and weaving. Warmup felt slow but really wasn't. Both but mostly left achilles tight during cooldown.

Side note - didn't intend to start running in these shoes yet but I had them in my car and had forgotten my trainers for today's workout. Having not broken them in much yet they seem like they will work pretty well.
