Late long run after hanging with Liz and Rigley today. Could have done it in the morning but I didn't want to get up.
Kept the effort suuuper low early on and picked it up a little at the end. Felt really good if a little stiff. Raining and low 30s so I was waiting for the footing to get bad but it never did.
