4 short hills, 1 full hill, and then 5 more short hills at Bancroft. The short hills are tough but I feel like I really need to work on my hills and power and these are a great way to do that. The long hill was because I was curious if I could grab this Strava segment after seeing it was only 2:04 a few weeks ago, and I managed 2:03! It was honestly pretty brutal but I was pumped to grab the segment and I'll try again some time this summer to bring it down a little. Some of these jog recoveries were even tough to keep moving. Classic hill workout looks like garbage on paper but is so hard, but somehow doesn't trash my legs.
