Ran before work so I could bike with Dad tonight. Had an easier time getting up than usual probably because I napped for a while yesterday. Legs felt pretty good post hill workout, and achilles/calves were pretty good too. I really think that doing the eccentric calf drops is super good for me. I need to make sure I keep those up.
Had a bird poop on me during the run, I didn't notice it happen but saw the splatter on the front of my shorts. What are the odds??
