Notes

Warmup and cool down for tonight’s workout. First run basically out of the box for the new kicks, they feel good. Can feel the lower drop a little but I think if I ease these in to the rotation they’ll become a favorite.

10 minutes on roads plus 10 on turf to warm up, then 6 on turf and 9 on roads to cool down. Making today my long day for the week since I won’t have a long run.
