Wore the altras to mix it up and wasn't sure if I was going to enjoy it at first but then got moving and they were fine. Roughly 40 degrees but I still overdressed, I keep doing that. Saw another dude out for a run who had just dropped his kid off at "religion" and was cruising down the road at about the same pace as me. He happened to be taking the route I was so I followed him for probably about 400m before catching him and chatting for a few sentences. Did 8x30s strides on Rumford in flats and felt surprisingly good! Not logging the distance separately for now.
