Notes

Didn't feel great on this run, probably due to the warm day, high humidity and eating a boatload of food over the course of the day. I was pretty hungry all day. Did the last couple miles of the run on the turf to save the legs a little and then did 6x100m strides on the track. The strides felt pretty good and I made a point of easing into them similarly to how I've been doing the 200 reps with Lucas recently.
