Two runs with Austin in a row?? Be still my beating heart.
Got home around 8:15 after happy with with work and Amanda plus the SHS end of indoor banquet and awards. I got home a bit earlier than expected because the banquet was done early so I had more than enough time to make a stop at pchops. Austin was getting ready to run when I got home. Didn't feel great in this run, partly from dinner, partly from an abbreviated warmup, partly from yesterday's tempo, partly from running 6:40s with Austin. Felt good to slow down after he headed home and Chandler and I added on with loop by Big Y.
Quads are smashed today.
