Easy run from Liz's after work. Felt like I'd been through the juicer today after work so I planned on 30-45 minutes real easy. Did big laps of the block around the park. Felt pretty good running slow and opted for about 40, but actually didn't realize that I was going to hit 40 on the dot. Goal was to finish the run feeling like I could do the whole thing over again, which I did.
Distance is approximate because I can't find the charger for my garmin.
