Moved this up from the weekend because today was about 20 degrees cooler than I expect to ever see this weekend (mid-70s). Still a bit of a tough run, probably because of the big Graveyeard Grinder I had for lunch. I ran at about 3:50 which is a couple hours earlier than I normally would. Had a tough time feeling relaxed during this run but it ended up being decent anyway. Stomach was super pissed by the end of the run and I had to make an emergency stop at McDicks for the bathroom on the drive home.
