Notes

Wanted to do this first-thing-ish to take advantage of the cooler day but probably should have forced down a little more food right when I got up. Still a solid run, ran some 7:30s and 40s for 5 miles before going 7:20, 02, 6:48, 37, and then a cooldown mile at my original pace. Weirdly I think I felt a little better once I picked it up. Considered another half or full mile of the progression but decided it would be more pleasant to dial it back and I didn't really need more today/this week. Highest mileage week since last September I think, solid!
