Notes
An extra easy run that was made extra pleasant by cooler, dry air and running in the Altras. I think I might need to pick up another pair of these or some other low drop shoe because they are really fun to run in. Achilles were feeling it a little, maybe a bit more on the right, but otherwise the body felt very good today.
