Another later run from Liz's. Distance is approximate because I never got GPS but after mapping out my route, I think I was actually moving a bit here. Yesterday's cramp was gone but I could still feel it a little, making me think that this was less of a cramp and more my lat freaking out after doing 70-80 pullups between Monday and Thursday this week, mostly on Monday. Felt tired tonight but also thought I was running much more slowly, if I was running roughly this pace it makes sense that I was having to work a bit.
No long run today but that's okay. It wasn't the day for it and I'm not sure my shoulder would have felt great toward the end of a long run.
