First Daniels workout! Giddy with excitement for this one but I still didn't get out the door until 8:15 pm or so.

Similarly to what I had read about this kind of phase 2 workout, this was glorified strides. I estimated my mile fitness to be about 4:45 and was aiming for 35-36 and 72s. 200s were super smooth and 400s felt similar, with a little fatigue in the last couple but nothing major. The second set of twos was cake.

In hindsight, maybe this was a little slow? Average pace for all reps was 4:47, which kindof feels slow but not crazy for mile fitness right now. Maybe the 400s could have been a hair faster but I think I nailed the intention of the workout. Way to go Dan great job bud keep up the great work strong running champ
