AWESOME run tonight. Felt really good, temps were great, and good to catch up with Kyle. Just bopping around Norwish/West Leb/Hanover. I probably could have run another 30-40 minutes no problem tonight, this just felt good. Did 5 hard strides after the run, and those all felt great too.
