Kept it pretty easy today and I think that was what my body needed. Hamstrings were a bit thrashed the last couple days so I didn't do the strides or track stuff I planned on. That was a little hard to swallow but I'm trying to keep health at the top of the priority list this spring because if I hurt myself I'll be super bummed. Ran on some grass at Wheelock which felt good and definitely unfamiliar. I can't wait until I can run on grass and dirt again because pavement every day is getting old.
