Easy hour before work which was actually really nice. Running slow and on grass felt good, and I hope will help the achilles soreness move along. I feel like this type of run can be worked in a bit as I increase mileage as long as I have enough quality elsewhere, this seems to me like good "time on feet" low impact work.
