Notes
For some reason running in the Altras felt right today, and it ended up going really well. I'd love to run in these once a week for a while. It was pretty hot today and I ran at 2pm but kept the effort really low and actually enjoyed most of this. The last 10 minutes or so I was pretty warm and ready to call it a day. Made and ground some coffee for Lucas afterward.
Lucas suggested he and I buy a house and some land for my greenhouse and his workshop. Liz and Sage can visit any time they want.
