The SHS meet against Leominster started a little late and then Sanat needed a ride home so I didn't have time for anything more than about 20 minutes of running before PT at 7. Opted not to run and to get to bed early instead because I was hungry which would have made the run tough and then eating right before bed is never pleasant. Maybe I'll make up some of the miles during the week this week.
