Notes

This leg was much less hilly, flat slightly rolling for the first half probably and then a bunch of downhill. This is where things started getting hard. Started off trying to run about 6 minutes per mile and it slowly slipped away from me, especially as my stomach stopped cooperating. No details here for the benefit of our readers. Mile splits were 6:15, 6:02, 6:04, 6:13, 6:19, 6:19, 6:29, 6:54, 6:41 pace to the end.
