Notes

1 mile flat. 2 miles up, 1-1.5 miles down, another 2 up, and then coasting down essentially to the end of the leg. Started the leg on the slower side, maybe 7:00 ish or a bit slower, and then pushed the second half more, especially the downhill. Tried to run smart with another long leg coming up.
