21 minutes up on the grass with one lap of track, 14 down with 3 laps of the track and 3 of the grass. For some reason I feel like running on only turf for a cooldown makes me move "lazy" and then I just shuffle once I get on the road to go home. Starting on the track or a firmer surface maybe leaves me feeling better? I don't know, it worked today.
