With Lucas! Started a little on the quick side with a bunch of miles in the 6:40s but I felt decent after warming up a bit. It was almost hot but an occasional cool breeze did a lot to make the air more comfortable. Lucas' stomach was fighting back the last couple miles, basically once we turned right off Reservoir road (street, lane, way??). I was fine with slowing down but it really made my left ankle feel cruddy for some reason. It felt fine the rest of the day but this had me a little worried.
