More crowbar to warm up and then searching for a hill that lasts 30s. This one was about 25 seconds so close enough! Felt decent but really felt my hamstrings working and they've been super sore this week. I'm trying to stay on top of the PT and hoping that the pure speed is what really got the hamstrings going this week.
