Tried to run tonight after doing my PT, warmups, myrtl but still didn't feel great. Today is the best my ankle has felt since this started so I figured it was worth a shot but for some reason wasn't optimistic. Probably because I can tell I'm still not quite moving right. Oh well. Got 45s in and decided nope and jogged home. Maybe I jogged home just to be really sure this wasn't going to work? Not gonna try this again too soon but I am going to start cross training more because at this point I still want to try to run well in December, and maybe I'll target some good racing in December/January.
