Notes
Opted for a progressive long run a la SHS cross country boys (lately). Did 5 miles easy around 7:05 before progressing about 10 seconds per mile for the next 7 miles 6:50 ->5:50. Felt really good even in the last 3 miles which I was thrilled about after my last 2 tempo runs being tough. In fairness the first few miles of this should have been easy but damn it just feels good to feel good in a workout. Gonna take the next couple days easy before a workout Wednesday.
Also happy with 54+ miles for the week with a day off Tuesday. I need to just run longer and easier on dirt.
